The timeline of the day is same as every year
8:30 to 9:30 am = is optional for early birds to attend a Lean Coffee, or Learn new Ice-Breakers, or Mingle with the Stars
9:30 to9:45 am = Welcome and Announcements
9:45 to 10:45 am = First Morning Session, choice of 4 tracks
10:45 to 11:00 am = Time to Mingle
11:00 to 12:00 am = second Morning Session, choice of 4 tracks
12:00 to 1:00 pm = Lunch wraps , and more mingling
1:00 to 2:00 pm - Afternoon Session 1, choice of 4 tracks
2:00 to 2:15 pm - mingle time
2:15 to 3:15 pm - The Raffle and our Panel of Experts in the main meeting room
3:15 to 3:30 pm - mingle time
3:30 to 4:30 pm - Final Afternoon Session - choice of 4 tracks
